Recruitometry seeks a mid-level corporate transactional attorney in Dallas, TX with strong M&A experience and the ability to handle healthcare-related transactions. You will draft and negotiate purchase agreements, MSAs, and related commercial contracts.

Eligible for the Texas State Bar and possessing 3–6 years of corporate transactional experience in a law firm is required. The position offers a robust benefits package and clear career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of corporate transactional law firm experience.
• Eligible for admission to the Texas State Bar.
• Strong experience with M&A / acquisitions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase/acquisition agreements.
• Experience with ancillary transaction documents.
• Experience drafting/negotiating commercial agreements, especially SaaS agreements, technology agreements, MSAs, and other commercial contracts.
