Stealth, a healthcare-focused law firm in Dallas, seeks a Healthcare Transactions Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its growing transactional practice. You will draft and negotiate healthcare agreements, support M&A and regulatory matters, and advise on compliance for providers across Texas.

Qualified candidates have a J.D. from an accredited law school, Texas bar eligibility, and hands-on experience with provider M&A, JVs, and physician arrangements.

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed in Texas or eligible for admission.
• 3–6 years of transactional experience, ideally with an AmLaw 200 or large regional firm.
• Hands-on healthcare transactions experience (provider M&A, JVs, physician arrangements).
• Working knowledge of Stark, AKS, and HIPAA.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to manage deals with increasing independence.

• Draft and negotiate healthcare transactional documents, including asset and equity purchase agreements, JV/operating agreements, and physician agreements.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings of healthcare providers and facilities.

A healthcare-focused law firm in Dallas is seeking a Healthcare Transactions Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its growing transactional practice. The firm represents hospitals, surgery centers, freestanding emergency departments, physician groups, and other providers across Texas on transactional, operational, and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate healthcare transactional documents, including asset and equity purchase agreements, joint venture and operating agreements, management services agreements, and physician employment and recruitment agreements
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings of healthcare providers and facilities
• Advise on regulatory issues in transactions, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, and Texas illegal remuneration rules
• Conduct healthcare regulatory due diligence and help structure compliant arrangements
• Work directly with partners and clients on day-to-day operational and business strategy matters

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed in Texas or eligible for admission
• 3–6 years of transactional experience, ideally with an AmLaw 200 or large regional firm
• Hands-on healthcare transactions experience (provider M&A, JVs, physician arrangements)

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $225,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
