The Specialty Alliance in Texas is seeking an experienced professional to lead and support the due diligence process for acquisitions. You will analyze financial statements, build valuation models, and coordinate cross-functional teams to produce clear investment materials.

Responsibilities include managing information rooms, supporting LOI preparation, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. A strong background in accounting/finance and healthcare deals is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field; 3–5 years of healthcare corporate development or related experience.
• Experience in healthcare physician services or related sectors preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities; financial modelling experience.

• Participate, coordinate, and analyze valuation and due diligence for acquisitions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build, maintain, and own complex financial analyses and KPI reviews.
• Assist LOI preparation and provide presentation materials for the investment committee.
• Manage virtual data rooms and coordinate cross-functional due diligence workstreams.
