Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist I, Logistics at the Wheaton location (Marianjoy Rehab Hospital). The role covers inventory, receiving, equipment, linen and mail within six general supply rooms and two specialty locations.

You will coordinate with clinical staff on product changes and support daily KPI achievement. Responsibilities include data entry in WaveMark and PeopleSoft, communicating issues to SC Leadership, and ensuring safe, efficient patient-care support with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; or two years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Effective communication with patients, visitors and staff.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn various programs.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard work for inventory, receiving, equipment, linen and mail.
• Use WaveMark and PeopleSoft to maintain data integrity.
• Resolve noncomplex issues with guidance from SC Leadership.
• Perform daily activities to ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with special projects and daily huddles.
• Support MDI and equipment-related tasks and equipment maintenance.
