This role requires working with WaveMark and PeopleSoft to maintain data accuracy and support KPI targets in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent or two years of relevant work experience.
• Must communicate effectively with patients, visitors and staff.
• Computer literate; MMIS software experience preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and respond quickly under pressure when problems arise.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.

• Follows standard work around inventory, receiving, equipment, linen and mail.
• Maintains data integrity in WaveMark and PeopleSoft.
• Resolves complex issues with guidance from SC Leadership as needed.
• Monitors daily activity to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manages special projects and documents standard work methodologies.
• Supports continuous improvement and cost containment initiatives.
