Latham & Watkins, a leading global law firm, seeks a Knowledge Management Lawyer for the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. The role oversees knowledge assets, regulatory monitoring, tailored thought leadership, standard forms, and training programs to enhance client service and firm reputation.

The KM Lawyer will work across global jurisdictions, supporting AI tool adoption and collaboration with multiple departments. Hybrid/in-office presence is possible across various U.S. offices.

Competenze

• JD or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of relevant law firm or equivalent experience in healthcare and life sciences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and manage KM projects within the KM Initiative to meet objectives.
• Monitor legal and industry developments across the HCLS scope and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Support strategy development, conduct substantive research, and manage thought leadership initiatives.
• Support development and use of AI tools to increase attorney efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify, collect, and organize precedent and build intranet access for knowhow.
• Assist with training programs and prepare training materials.
• Provide technical legal guidance on HCLS matters.
• Collaborate with KM Lawyers and other departments on a professional level.
