Job summary

The Knowledge Management Lawyer at Latham & Watkins will manage creation and delivery of knowledge assets for the Practice, monitor developments, and inform attorneys and clients through alerts and training. Based in New York, the role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office presence.

Qualified candidates have a JD, at least five years of law firm experience, and deep mergers & acquisitions and private equity knowledge; strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent degree or admission to the bar.
• 5+ years of relevant law-firm experience.
• Experience with knowledge-management systems and AI-enabled resources is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain standard forms, guidance notes, and knowledge resources.
• Identify, collect, and organize precedent and knowledge materials.
• Support training programs and provide substantive training to associates and trainees.
• Collaborate with Information Services to integrate AI-enabled knowledge resources into workflows.
• Protect confidential and proprietary information.
