Job summary

Aquent Talent is partnering with a major Healthcare company to recruit a Learning Developer for a temporary assignment in Indianapolis. The role requires designing and maintaining interactive digital learning content, blending formats for product launches, and applying adult learning principles.

Responsibilities include creating e-learning modules, adhering to regulatory standards, and collaborating with subject matter experts and project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, a scientific/technical field, business, or related.
• 4+ years of professional experience in training development, instructional design, or interactive digital content creation.
• Solid understanding of adult learning theory and curriculum alignment.
• Hands-on proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and media editing software.
• Experience in a regulated industry (healthcare/diagnostics) with QMS/ISO familiarity.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and update digital learning assets for online, vILT, and blended environments.
• Apply ADDIE to transform technical specs into engaging learning materials.
• Maintain adherence to T&D content standards and cross‑functional reviews.
• Follow QMS requirements to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather content and scripts.
• Build interactive media using rapid authoring tools and publish assets.
