Qualifications

• Proven experience developing eLearning content in Storyline 360 (required).
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Ability to balance creativity with technical precision and project timelines.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Healthcare experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design & Develop: Create engaging eLearning modules, live/recorded webinar materials, and blended learning courses using tools like Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
• SME Collaboration: Work alongside internal/external Subject Matter Experts to gather content, establish timelines, and organize session logistics for virtual and live educational events.
• LMS & Systems Management: Upload, publish, and maintain educational content and learner transcripts within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Multimedia Production: Edit and enhance audio/video content to produce clean, professional final deliverables.
• Program Evaluation: Develop evaluations, analyze learning data, and build dashboards to measure course effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Technical Support: Assist with platform troubleshooting, event registration, and live webinar/event support.
