Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to build high-quality learning materials for Healthcare Client Engagement. You will translate learning strategies into engaging resources, and own the content-production workstream from design through delivery.

You will partner with program managers, SMEs, and governance resources to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and accessibility while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and learner experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams and review cycles.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with program leaders and SMEs.
• Ability to simplify complex business and technical information for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies and objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, and campaigns.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with SMEs and creatives to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Review and improve content based on feedback and measurements.
• Support additional markets as needed.
