LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to translate approved learning strategies into engaging content for diverse audiences. You will own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives, collaborating with program managers, subject matter experts, and governance resources.

You will apply instructional design, visual storytelling, and accessibility standards to create courses, videos, and other enablement assets that

Qualifications

• Experience developing training across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple content-workstreams and priorities.
• Knowledge of brand, accessibility, and content-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies and audience needs.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, and campaigns.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and governance resources.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, and reviews.
• Review and improve content based on feedback and performance data.
• Support other markets as needed.
