Wellstar Health System, Inc. seeks a Lean Site Facilitator to champion sustainable, measurable process improvements across patient care, quality and safety.

You will deploy Lean strategies at site level, supporting executives, process owners, physicians, and staff to deliver outcomes. The role reports to the Director, Lean Site Consultant/AVP Operations & Transformational ExperEx and requires experience leading multi-site healthcare Lean initiatives, coaching teams and delivering value through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Lean Certification within 1 year required.
• Six-Sigma and PMP preferred.
• Minimum three years in a dedicated continuous improvement role using Lean.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and maintain a standardized WellStar Lean Standard Work process improvement methodology.
• Utilize checklists, roadmaps, standard work instructions and tools to support improvements.
• Lead and facilitate improvement events with minimal oversight.
• Manage project scope, timelines, data collection and stakeholder communication.
• Identify cross-functional improvement opportunities across system departments.
