Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting focused on L&D.
• Ability to create engaging e-learning and assess trainings.
• Experience using TalentLMS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs for Care Advocates.
• Lead virtual onboarding and facilitation workshops.
• Manage Care Delivery content on the LMS.
