Job summary

You will align curricula with employer needs and credentialing standards, maintaining materials and collaborating with the Academic Lead and partners. The role requires a Nursing Bachelor’s, 3+ years in healthcare, and active licensure with a preference for a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required and three (3) years of related experience.
• Current and active healthcare licensure or certification (e.g., RN, LPN, MA, Allied Health credential).
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct in accelerated healthcare training programs, including clinical skills and exam readiness.
• Implement multiple, effective teaching approaches appropriate to diverse student learning needs.
• Evaluate, grade, and document student progress in accordance with established guidelines.
• Monitor student behavior, attendance, and clinical performance and provide required notifications.
• Provide academic guidance to students and refer personal concerns to Career Pathway Coaches.
