Responsabilités

• Attends work regularly; may work a specific shift or rotating schedule, overtime as needed.
• Prepares, seasons, cooks and assembles food for regular and modified diets following doctors' orders.
• Operates and maintains food service equipment safely; provides guidance and oversight to others.
• Calculates food quantities using standardized menus to ensure adequate meals.
• Distributes and serves food; follows sanitation and storage procedures.
• Trains and oversees kitchen staff in food preparation and safety procedures.
• Completes records such as work orders and reports; may assist in equipment repairs and inventory.
