Cherokee Federal is seeking a Healthcare IT Workstream Project Manager to oversee a data-migration workstream within the IHS modernization program. You will plan, coordinate, and report on the workstream, coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and clinical leads to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, risks, dependencies, and governance while supporting data-quality and acceptance activities for the Four Directions Warehouse migration.

Competenze

• Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Experience managing a workstream or major functional area within a large healthcare IT project.
• Experience supporting patient/clinical data, data warehouses, or data integration initiatives.
• Proven ability to communicate status, risks, and decisions to executives and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Manage an assigned workstream supporting migration of patient data to the new Four Directions Warehouse for IHS.
• Develop and maintain the workstream plan, schedule, milestones, dependencies, risks, and change-control docs.
• Coordinate activities with program leadership and other workstreams to ensure alignment.
• Support data-migration activities including requirements, mapping, validation, testing, and cutover.
• Track readiness and manage cross-workstream dependencies affecting data availability and quality.
• Establish workstream governance, including status reporting and executive briefings.
• Support user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, and post-implementation issue resolution.
