Job summary

Cherokee Nation Integrated Health (CNIH), a part of Cherokee Federal, seeks a Healthcare IT Workstream Project Manager to oversee migration of patient data to the Four Directions Warehouse as part of the IHS modernization program.

You will coordinate with program leadership, clinical leads, data owners, vendors, and cross-workstream teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes, with a focus on data governance, readiness, and reporting.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required; familiar with both waterfall and agile delivery.
• Experience managing a workstream within a large healthcare IT implementation or data migration program.
• Experience supporting patient-data, clinical-data, EHR, data warehouse, data integration, or analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned workstream supporting migration of patient data to the Four Directions Warehouse for IHS.
• Develop and maintain the workstream plan, schedule, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and change-control docs.
