Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced educator to deliver and maintain Digital/technical training programs for new hire staff, in both on-site and virtual formats. You will work closely with the department to identify training needs, develop materials, and deliver training to healthcare employees at all levels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in adult education or curriculum design, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in adult education or curriculum design is required or preferred.
2+ years of experience in adult education and/or curriculum design required.
Ability to learn new application software and present to diverse audiences.
Strong organization, planning, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Delivers instruction in the use of software and other technologies.
Prepares lesson plans and materials for classroom delivery.
Assesses training needs and proposes solutions for a diverse population.
Designs and administers user proficiency assessments.
Provides coaching to individual users as assigned.
Maintains knowledge through relevant educational forums.
Participates in design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs.
Contributes to training curriculum development.
