Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Training Change Management Lead to join our team. This role owns the national training strategy, change management framework, and user adoption initiatives across enterprise healthcare deployments, with remote flexibility and potential hybrid or fully remote arrangements.

You will build role-based curricula, oversee super-user networks, manage change resistance, and drive post-go-live stabilization across multi-site health systems, collaborating with site transition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, or technical field with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience building enterprise clinical and administrative training programs across multi-site health systems.
• Experience delivering training virtually and in-person across go-lives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall training strategy and stakeholder comms across enterprise clinical deployments.
• Develop and maintain role-based curricula for imaging and clinical users, virtual and in-person.
• Establish scalable super-user networks to drive adoption and peer support.
• Manage change resistance and perform readiness assessments across multi-site facilities.
• Monitor adoption metrics and post-go-live stabilization feedback with deployment teams.
• Align training delivery with facility cutover timelines.
