Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in the Greater Boston area is seeking a Healthcare Technology Team Lead to own hospital client relationships, lead Help Desk and IT Field Services, and collaborate with hospital executives and clinical stakeholders.

The role is highly autonomous, emphasizing leadership, strategic initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics across a healthcare IT environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Managed Services, Healthcare IT, or related tech environment.
• Experience managing client relationships in a customer-facing leadership role.
• Background supporting healthcare organizations, hospitals, or health systems.
• Strong understanding of Help Desk operations, IT Field Services, SLAs, and ITSM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own primary point of contact for assigned hospital managed services accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with hospital executives and IT leaders.
• Lead business reviews and updates on account performance, risks, and service health.
• Oversee IT Field Services and Help Desk operations, ensuring staffing and coverage.
• Manage technician schedules, workloads, and on-call rotations.
• Monitor SLA performance and service quality metrics.
• Lead root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and corrective action planning.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders for project delivery.
