Formación
- Bachelor's degree in IT/related field or Associate in IT with 2+ years experience or 4 years hands-on equivalent.
- Experience in healthcare IT environment is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of Microsoft AD/SCCM, Azure/InTune, and NinjaOne RMM preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Support operation and maintenance of core equipment and systems across Sitrin entities.
- Provide end user support for software, devices, telephony, and accounts provisioning.
- Deploy, provision, and patch computers and mobile devices.
- Manage Microsoft 365 configurations, AD, and security policies.
- Maintain inventory and documentation of equipment and procedures.
- Assist HIPAA/HITECH compliance and cybersecurity incident response.
