Qualifications
- Experience delivering desktop or service desk support in healthcare or enterprise settings.
- Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, printing, and network connectivity.
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 administration.
Responsibilities
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve PC problems including software, hardware, and network issues.
- Provide one-on-one problem resolution and follow up with end users.
- Configure and deliver PCs, software, and peripherals.
- Support LAN and remote communications between PCs and client systems.
- Maintain ticketing records with accurate work logs.
- Escalate issues when needed and report progress to the manager.
- Install and maintain antivirus software across devices.
- Assist with patching network ports in closets.
