The role involves coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to deploy secure solutions that meet regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

You will manage a team of IT professionals, drive system upgrades, and oversee vendor relationships while maintaining high standards of data integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or four (4) or more years of direct work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Master's Degree preferred for advanced leadership and strategy responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations in a hospital setting.
• Lead implementation and optimization of information systems and applications for clinical, financial, and administrative functions.
• Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and installations with minimal downtime.
• Ensure data security and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership, department managers, and vendors to deliver cost-effective technology solutions.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide user support and training to maximize system utilization.
