Diamond Grove Center in Louisville, MS is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to join its leadership team. The role oversees IT resources, projects, and infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation of phones, computers, cameras, and network systems.

The position emphasizes quick problem solving, customer service, and collaboration with hospital departments to support institutional goals and data protection.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years IT experience.
• Foundational knowledge of data protection, safe network configurations, and basic threat preventions.

Responsabilités

• Create an environment focusing on fulfilling the organization’s mission, vision and values.
• Develop and/or implement efficient, cost-effective software solutions for a problem.
• Multitask and handle complex matters with minimal supervision; maintain effective communication with all hospital departments.
• Install and maintain phones, computers, cameras, proximity systems and other network equipment; upgrade software and hardware as needed.
• Be on call to assist facility with network emergencies.
