Qualifications

• GED required.
• Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of IT experience with installation, implementation, and maintenance of network equipment.
• Hospital setting experience preferred.
• Cisco Certified Network Analyst certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the Piedmont Healthcare computer network within the assigned facility.
• Install, repair, document network hardware, software, and communication links to minimize downtime.
• Focus on LANs in the facility; diagnose and resolve hardware/software network issues.
• Provide end-user training and support and resolve trouble tickets in a timely manner.
