Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Experience with Epic, Workday, and Kronos applications.
• Proven track record on complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with system integration and data migration projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
• Identify system requirements and translate into specifications.
• Design and implement solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Provide support for Epic, Workday, Kronos and other applications.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for upgrades and patches.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to integrate across systems.
• Lead smaller projects related to system implementations and upgrades.
• Contribute to documentation and best practices; manage data integrity and security.
