Job summary

Living Water Clinic-Clinica Agua Viva is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and clinical technology across clinic locations. You will troubleshoot issues, onboard/offboard staff, manage access, and coordinate with external vendors to resolve escalations.

The ideal candidate has healthcare IT experience, knowledge of AthenaOne, HIPAA security, and a bilingual English/Spanish service orientation.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
Minimum two years IT support experience in a healthcare setting.
Experience with Athena/AthenaOne and HIPAA security standards.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day IT support across all clinic locations.
Identify recurring technology issues and recommend process or training improvements.
Set up and maintain user accounts, access, devices, and software, including onboarding/offboarding.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and software updates.
Monitor network connectivity and coordinate with external IT/vendors for escalation.
Document, track, and resolve IT tickets; maintain knowledge base.
Provide technical support for AthenaOne and other clinical/business applications.
Respond promptly to IT support requests to minimize disruption to operations.
Support cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery initiatives.
Participate in planning and implementation of new technology projects.
