Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for staff and manage IT maintenance.
• Set up and maintain devices and assist with EMR access and training.
• Support software updates, cybersecurity, backups, and HIPAA procedures.

Position Overview:

Living Water Clinic-Clinica Agua Viva is seeking a dynamic and versatile Technology & Marketing Coordinator to support both the technical and outreach needs of our growing clinic. This unique hybrid role combines responsibilities in IT support and digital marketing. You will assist with technology maintenance, user support, and data security while also leading marketing efforts that promote clinic services and engage the community. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about making a positive impact in healthcare through both innovation and communication.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up and maintain devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile equipment.
• Support the EMR system, user access, and training needs for clinical and administrative staff.
• Assist with software updates, backups, cybersecurity protocols, and HIPAA-compliant IT procedures.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and consultants as needed.
• Document support requests and maintain records of IT procedures.
  
• Develop and implement digital and print marketing strategies to increase clinic visibility and patient engagement.
• Manage the clinic’s social media accounts and digital presence (Google, Facebook, Instagram, website, etc.).
• Create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, email campaigns, and promotional content.
• Support planning and promotion of community events, health fairs, and outreach activities.
• Track marketing performance and provide insights to improve outreach efforts.
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all communication channels.

Education:

• Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Certifications in IT support, digital marketing, or design tools (e.g., CompTIA, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
  

Prior Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a technical support, marketing, or hybrid role.
• Experience in a healthcare, nonprofit, or clinic setting preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and HIPAA compliance is strongly preferred.
  

Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including troubleshooting, software installation, and basic networking.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across departments.
• Creativity and initiative in developing marketing campaigns and solving technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
