Job summary

Living Water Clinic-Clinica Agua Viva is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and clinical technology across clinic locations.

You will be the primary IT contact for employees, manage user accounts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with external vendors for escalations. A minimum of two years in IT support and healthcare tech experience is preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish abilities strongly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years IT support experience in a professional setting.
• Experience supporting healthcare technology or EHR/EMR systems, particularly Athena/AthenaOne.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT support contact across all clinic locations.
• Troubleshoot computer, application, connectivity, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process or training improvements.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, access permissions, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Monitor network connectivity and coordinate with external IT/vendors for escalations.
• Document tickets, resolutions, and recurring issues in the ticketing system.
• Provide support for AthenaOne and other clinical/business applications.
• Support cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and HIPAA initiatives.
