Job summary

Barrington Orthopedic Specialists is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to join our practice on-site in Schaumburg, IL. You will support the Director of IT, manage network and helpdesk tasks, and help implement IT policies.

The role covers Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin, with on-the-job training and hands-on troubleshooting across multiple locations. Healthcare setting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of servers and networks experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin experience preferred.
• SharePoint experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Network administration and helpdesk activities for the practice and affiliates.
• Assist IT Director with planning and enforcing IT policies and goals.
• Onboard new hires and provide one-on-one training.
• Troubleshoot servers, networking gear, printers, and workstations.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and coordinate with vendors.
• Provide remote support and end-user guidance as needed.
