Job summary

Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans, VT seeks a Support Analyst in Information Systems. This full-time role (80 hours bi-weekly) provides end-user hardware, software, and networking support, with rotating on-call and cross-team collaboration.

You will resolve issues, implement procedures to mitigate recurrence, and continuously expand knowledge of NMC's applications and devices. Requirements include an associate degree in IT (bachelor's preferred) and at least 2 years of desktop IT

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT or relevant certifications preferred.
• Healthcare IT experience desirable.
• Minimum 2 years desktop IT support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user desktop support for hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot licensing, networking, and peripheral devices.
• Install and configure desktop hardware and software per policies.
• Collaborate with Network Engineer and Applications Analysts.
• Support on-call rotation and travel between sites.
