Paris Regional Health in Paris, Texas is seeking an ITS Technician to deliver first-line technical support to facility staff, handling hardware, software, and network requests. You will troubleshoot, document incidents, and escalate when needed to keep clinical and operational workflows flowing smoothly.

In this role you’ll install and maintain desktops, printers, and mobile devices, participate in ITSM processes, and support enterprise security standards while contributing to ongoing

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1-2 years IT support or help desk experience.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and desktop operating systems.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for end users via multiple channels; diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform desk-side and remote support; triage and escalate complex incidents.
• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ITSM system; identify patterns for process improvements.
• Assist with infrastructure projects and routine maintenance as directed.
