Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in IT support, familiarity with Active Directory, enterprise ITSM, and Windows OS, plus a strong customer-service mindset. Healthcare IT experience is a plus and CompTIA A+ is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Background check required.
• 1-2 years IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience preferred.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise ITSM platforms and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, walk-up; handle tickets and escalations.
• Provide on-site deskside and remote support to facility staff.
• Support business and clinical applications with ticket triage and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with account access, password resets, and user provisioning per security policies.
• Deliver basic end-user training on applications and equipment.
• Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ITSM system.
• Support infrastructure projects such as workstation deployments and equipment refreshes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and security processes.
