Job summary
Southwest Care Center is seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst II to provide comprehensive hardware and software support across clinic locations in Santa Fe and Albuquerque, NM. The role requires diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining desktop computing environments in a healthcare setting.
This temporary position carries no benefits and requires residency in the local market with ability to travel between sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is highly desired.
- Healthcare environment experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of workstation problems for end users.
- Deliver desktop service by installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting end-user workstations and related software.
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure efficient operation of the desktop computing environment.
- Receive and respond to calls, tickets, and emails regarding desktop issues; handle move/add/change requests.
- Maintain documentation of hardware installations, repairs, and inventory.
