Job summary

Diamond Grove Center seeks an Information Technology Specialist to lead IT operations within a psychiatric services facility in the Louisville area. You will manage resources, projects, and the IT department with focus on infrastructure, data resources and systems support.

The role requires troubleshooting complex technology issues, delivering excellent customer service, and quick problem solving to support institutional goals. On-call duties may be required to manage network emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years IT experience.
• Foundational knowledge of data protection and safe network configurations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technology issues and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment aligned with the organization's mission, vision and values.
• Develop or implement efficient and cost-effective software solutions for identified problems.
• Multitask and handle complex matters with minimal supervision and communicate across departments.
• Install and maintain phones, computers, cameras, proximity systems, and other network components; upgrade software/hardware as needed.
• Be on call to assist the facility with network emergencies.
