Job summary

Diamond Grove Center is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to join its leadership team in Louisville. The role manages IT resources, projects, and infrastructure, troubleshoots complex issues, and contributes to strategic planning to support the organization’s goals.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in CS/IT/MIS or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in IT, and foundational data protection and network security knowledge. On-call duties will be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or Ged.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years Experience in IT.
• Foundational knowledge of data protection, safe network configurations, and basic threat preventions.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources, projects, and tasks of the IT department.
• Oversee operation and administration of the organization’s infrastructure and data resources.
• Troubleshoot complex technology issues with excellent customer service.
• Collaborate on strategic planning to support institutional goals.
• Provide on-call support for facility network emergencies.
