Universal Health Services is seeking an Information Technology Specialist for Diamond Grove Center to manage IT resources, projects, and the department's infrastructure, data resources and systems. The role requires troubleshooting complex tech issues and delivering excellent customer service.

You will contribute to strategic planning and support institutional goals. The position involves installing and maintaining phones, computers, cameras, proximity systems and other network systems, plus

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years IT experience.
• Foundational knowledge of data protection, safe network configurations, and basic threat preventions.

Responsabilités

• Create an environment aligned with the organization's mission, vision and values.
• Develop and/or implement efficient and cost-effective software solutions for a given problem.
• Multitask effectively and communicate with all hospital departments with minimal supervision and solid follow-up.
• Install and maintain phones, computers, cameras, proximity systems and other network systems; upgrade software and hardware as needed to resolve problems.
• Be on call to assist the facility with network emergencies.
