Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a diligent IT Specialist to manage IT needs, install or upgrade components, and support network administration. You will resolve IT issues, educate coworkers on security practices, and assist with website maintenance and integrations.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, a degree in IT/CS or related field, and knowledge of Windows, M365, and networks. Healthcare settings familiarity and HIPAA awareness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and network troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and HIPAA considerations.
