Netsmart seeks a Team Lead and Solution Architect for TheraOffice to guide engagements from design through delivery, mentoring the consulting team and ensuring value realization for outpatient therapy clients.

You will partner with clients on workflow design, system changes, and knowledge transfer while driving adoption of AI-enabled solutions and standardized processes across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 4+ years of health care information technology implementation or consulting experience.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical, clinical and operational teams.
• Ability to document and present architecture concepts clearly.

Responsabilités

• Provide expertise during client engagements to deliver workflow and solution design.
• Guide clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes, and maintenance.
• Act as primary consultant for solution troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
• Cultivate and sustain client relationships and escalation paths.
• Coach and guide solution teams on methodology practices and delivery progress.
