Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 4+ years in health care IT implementation or consulting.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• Ability to communicate with technical, clinical and operational teams.
• Ability to document and present architecture concepts.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions.
• Ability to interpret complex, high-volume information to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise during client engagements to design workflows and solutions.
• Guide clients through current workflows, upgrades, changes, enhancements and maintenance.
• Serve as primary consultant for solution troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
• Cultivate client relationships and escalate issues as needed with solution knowledge.
• Resolve escalated issues during installation, operation, maintenance or testing.
• Manage client expectations to ensure delivery goals are met.
• Coach and mentor solution teams on recommended methodologies.
