Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare software consulting, IT, solution functionality, or equivalent.
• 2+ years software-related project experience.
• Experience reading/applying/writing requirements for software features.
• Experience managing client communication and relationships.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client, stakeholder, competitive, and market research to identify current and future solution needs.
• Translate clinical workflows into business requirements, user stories, and product priorities.
• Communicate solution strategy, plans, and roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Partner with Engineering to manage scope, requirements, and prototypes.
• Collaborate across product teams on integrations and migrations from legacy platforms.
• Facilitate client discovery and workflow discussions with clinical and technical audiences.
• Partner with Support, Sales, and Marketing on feature descriptions, demonstrations, and training.
• Use market research and data to promote innovation and differentiation.
• Monitor regulatory and industry changes impacting product requirements.
