Job summary

Netsmart is seeking a Technical Solution Architect to design workflows, develop enterprise reports with ActiveReports, and translate complex business needs into scalable healthcare IT solutions. You will work with clients, analysts, and stakeholders to optimize systems, upgrades, and maintenance while driving adoption and value realization.

You will leverage SQL and data analysis to deliver accurate insights within the Netsmart myAvatar NX platform, ensuring reporting supports informed decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 4+ years in health care IT implementation or consulting.
• 3+ years developing enterprise reports with ActiveReports/ActiveReports.NET.
• 3+ years writing SQL queries with joins, subqueries and data validation.
• 1+ year of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain reports using ActiveReports/ActiveReports.NET.
• Implement grouping, sorting, filtering, parameters, and charts in reports.
• Provide workflow and solution design guidance during client engagements.
• Guide clients through upgrades, changes and ongoing maintenance.
• Lead troubleshooting and knowledge transfer for client solutions.
• Foster client relationships and manage issue escalation.
• Oversee project delivery to meet engagement goals.
• Mentor solution teams on best practice methodologies.
