Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, IA is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate information systems projects across the full life cycle. You will collaborate with IT, business partners, end users, and leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and stakeholder alignment.

The role focuses on governance, training, and communications to enable successful technology implementations in a healthcare environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Four+ years in IT, healthcare, PM, or related field; at least two years in IT project/leadership role.
• Strong understanding of IT terminology, equipment, systems, functions, and major vendors.
• Effective oral and written communication, presentation, facilitation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks with minimal supervision.

• Manages and coordinates IT projects through all phases of the project life cycle.
• Leads technology initiatives and coordinates training for successful implementation.
• Develops scope, objectives, work plans, milestones, schedules, budgets, and communications.
• Monitors performance, manages scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholders' expectations.
• Identifies and manages project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provides status reports and governance through leadership and steering bodies.
• Collaborates with IT leadership and business partners on requirements and feasibility.
