Job summary

Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to configure, test, and support our financial systems on site. You will translate business needs into technical specs, develop reports, and maintain documentation to support decision-making and compliance.

This role requires SQL, SSRS, and data visualization experience, with collaboration across ITS to ensure data integrity and effective reporting for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or Associate’s with 2+ years IT experience.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio and SSRS is required.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and oversee financial and revenue cycle system performance.
• Plan and coordinate changes to existing financial software.
• Develop training curricula and conduct formal trainings.
• Provide on-call support for financial application systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and ITS for system improvements.
