Job summary

The Center for Health Information and Analysis (CHIA) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery in a healthcare context. The role emphasizes coordinating technical delivery, planning, risk monitoring, and process improvement.

The position reports to the Director of Client Relations and requires strong collaboration with delivery teams, stakeholders, and internal units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid.
• Understanding of system architecture, SDLC, and infrastructure to guide delivery.
• Experience with MS Project and Azure DevOps for project management.
• Ability to translate technical details into clear documentation and action items.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with delivery teams to assess technical feasibility, align realistic timelines, and guide projects.
• Lead software development and data management projects from planning through delivery while keeping teams aligned.
• Coordinate with directors and cross-functional teams to manage resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and contingency plans.
