Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an IT Project Manager I to lead strategic technology initiatives across clinical, research, and operational teams, delivering patient-centered value through data-driven solutions. This full-time hybrid role in Illinois requires a Bachelor's degree, CAHIMS or CAPM preferred, and 1+ year of project management experience in healthcare.

You will manage scope, schedule, cost, risks and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• CAHIMS or CAPM certification is preferred.
• 1+ year of project management experience in healthcare is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee and manage projects within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Establish and maintain stakeholder communications and reporting.
• Develop project plans, milestones and deliverables using standard PM tools.
• Identify risks, perform mitigation planning and manage change control.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among clinical, research, laboratory and IT teams.
