Winslow Indian Health Care Center, Inc. seeks a PC Technician to support clinical and non-clinical IT needs in our ambulatory care environment. Under supervision, you install and maintain PCs, troubleshoot hardware and software, support EMR/EHR and password resets, and help end-users.

This role emphasizes confidentiality, customer service, and teamwork; weekend/holiday coverage may be required. Prior IT helpdesk experience and a CompTIA A+ or related degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CS/IT or CompTIA A+ with 1 year IT experience; health-care setting preferred.
• Bilingual English and Navajo preferred.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license; pass background check; eligible for Child Care position.

Responsabilités

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Provide end-user support; password resets; Active Directory issues; EMR/EHR assistance.
• Log and close tickets using the Helpdesk system; document solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs and software; assist in evaluating end-user needs.
• Support 24/7 IT services, including weekend/holiday coverage; attend meetings and trainings.
