Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field or CompTIA A+ Certification and 1 year IT experience required.
• Bilingual English and Navajo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain PCs and clinical/non-clinical software.
• Provide end-user support and password resets within Active Directory and EMR/EHR.
• Maintain records using the Helpdesk system and document solutions.
• Assist in ensuring 24/7 IT service availability as needed.
