Job summary

Daymark Health is seeking an IT Manager to own the technology backbone for corporate and in-market care teams. You’ll design secure, scalable IT infrastructure and be hands-on with laptops, VPN access, and EHR issues, balancing patient data protection with fast service delivery.

You’ll partner with Clinical Operations, Product, People, and Market Ops to translate needs into practical solutions, while building IT processes in a startup healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT management, with corporate and multi-site or field-based teams.
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments (HIPAA, EHR) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management, networking, IAM, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure for corporate and field teams.
• Evaluate, manage relationships with IT partners and vendors for cost-effectiveness and security.
• Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, network, and access issues with a service mindset.
