Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience.
• Working knowledge of networking, Microsoft 365, Windows environments, endpoint management, cybersecurity and incident response, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with HIPAA and healthcare information security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure & operations: manage networks, servers, workstations, printers, and connectivity.
• Lead Microsoft 365, cloud services, user accounts, and related platforms.
• Oversee hardware/software deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate system upgrades, backups, DR and business continuity planning.
